Elevator

We started implementing the elevator, which is essential to progressing through the story of the entire app. First, we started by designing the elevator itself and its surrounding facilities.

The elevator in question is located at the back of the stairs in front of the entrance, and the structure extends from the basement to the second floor, with most of it being exposed. Therefore, a suitable design is required, including the elevator cargo.

We looked around online for inspiration, and the one that caught my eye was one with a design and structure similar to the elevator installed in the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple’s headquarters. It’s simple and beautiful, with only a metal frame and glass, and almost no mechanical parts visible.

Based on this design element, we decided to use a structure that pushes up from below. This allows for a lot more freedom in the design of the upper part of the cargo area and the roof area of the building. This technology cannot be used on high-rise buildings, but it will probably work for a three-story building. Well, to begin with, the design was done without much consideration for the structure or safety.
